Bricks 'O' Brian / Pro Gamer’s Guide — Official Giveaway Rules
Effective September, 2026
These Official Giveaway Rules ("Rules") govern every giveaway, sweepstakes, contest, raffle, drop, and prize promotion (each, a "Giveaway") run by Bricks 'O' Brian on any platform, at any event, or through any channel, unless a specific Giveaway announcement expressly says otherwise. By entering any Giveaway, you accept these Rules in full and agree that the Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
Each individual Giveaway will be announced with its own Giveaway Details — the prize, the approximate retail value, the entry method, the entry window, and the number of winners. Those Giveaway Details are incorporated into these Rules by reference. Where a specific Giveaway Detail conflicts with these Rules, the Giveaway Detail controls for that Giveaway only.
Sponsor
The sponsor and sole promoter of every Giveaway is SAVIANO LLC, d/b/a Bricks 'O' Brian ("Sponsor," "we," "us," "our"), PO Box 1448, Wakefield, MA 01880, United States. Questions about any Giveaway should go to hello@bricksobrian.com.
The Sponsor is solely responsible for administering each Giveaway, drafting these Rules, selecting winners, awarding prizes, and making any filings required by law.
2. No Platform Sponsorship or Endorsement
Each Giveaway is a promotion by the Sponsor alone. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitch, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Facebook, X, Discord, Amazon, or any other platform, service, storefront, venue, convention, or event organizer (each, a "Platform"), and no Platform is a party to these Rules.
By entering, you completely release each Platform from any and all liability arising out of or relating to any Giveaway, and you agree that any questions, comments, complaints, or disputes about a Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor and not to any Platform. You also agree that your information is provided to the Sponsor and not to any Platform.
Specifically and without limiting the above:
Twitch: This is a promotion by Bricks 'O' Brian. Twitch does not sponsor or endorse this promotion and is not responsible for it.
YouTube: YouTube is not a sponsor of this promotion. Entries that violate the YouTube Community Guidelines are disqualified, and by entering you release YouTube from any liability relating to this promotion.
Instagram and Facebook: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
TikTok: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, TikTok.
X: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, X Corp.
Discord: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Discord Inc.
3. Eligibility
Each Giveaway is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and everywhere else outside the United States. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entrants under 18 are not eligible. Because much of our audience is made up of families, a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older may enter on behalf of a minor in their household. In that case the parent or guardian is the entrant and the winner, the prize is awarded to the parent or guardian, and the parent or guardian is solely responsible for the prize and for any decision to give it to the minor. Minors may not enter directly, and we will not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an entrant is under 18, that entry will be voided and any personal information collected will be deleted.
Not eligible to win: the Sponsor; the Sponsor's immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and anyone living in the Sponsor's household; the Sponsor's employees, editors, contractors, moderators, and team members and their immediate family and household members; and, where a prize is supplied by a third party, the employees of that third party and their immediate family and household members. Channel moderators are not eligible for Giveaways they help administer.
4. No Purchase or Payment Necessary
NO PURCHASE, SUBSCRIPTION, DONATION, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Entry into any Giveaway will always be available through at least one method that is completely free. We will never condition entry on buying a product, buying or gifting a Twitch subscription, spending Bits, making a donation, tipping, or making any other payment.
Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). If any Giveaway offers an entry method that involves a purchase or payment, or is limited to subscribers or members who pay, a free alternative method of entry is available for that Giveaway and carries exactly the same odds of winning as every other entry method. To enter by mail, hand-print on a plain 3" x 5" card your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone number, email address, date of birth, and the name of the specific Giveaway you are entering, and mail it in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with proper first-class postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the applicable entry window and received within seven (7) days after that. Limit one mail-in entry per person per Giveaway. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or bulk-submitted mail-in entries are void. All mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
5. Entry Methods
Each Giveaway will specify which of the following entry methods applies. Unless the Giveaway Details say otherwise, only the method specified counts, and entries submitted by any other method will not be counted.
5.1 Live Stream Chat (Twitch, YouTube Live)
Entry may be made by typing a stated keyword in chat during the announced entry window, by redeeming Channel Points earned through watching, or by responding to an on-stream prompt. Channel Points are earned free of charge by watching and are not a purchase.
Entry will never require gifting or purchasing a subscription, spending Bits, or donating. Where a Giveaway is announced as a subscriber-appreciation or member-appreciation event, the free mail-in entry in Section 4 is available to everyone with equal odds. Giveaways run through a third-party chat bot, overlay, or extension are still administered by the Sponsor, and the Sponsor is responsible for the outcome.
5.2 Social Posts (TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube community posts)
Entry may be made by commenting on the designated post, replying to it, or submitting a response in the manner described in the Giveaway Details.
We will not require you to share a post to your personal timeline or story, to tag friends on their own timelines, or to take any action a Platform's promotion policies prohibit. Where following an account, liking a post, or subscribing is mentioned, it is optional, it is not a condition of entry, and it does not improve your odds of winning.
Only one account per person may be used to enter. Entering or attempting to enter through multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created for the purpose of entering will make you ineligible and all of your entries will be void. Repetitive or spam posting, posting the same entry more than once per day, and using unrelated hashtags to enter are all prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Entries must be visible and public. Entries from private accounts, deleted comments, or accounts that block the Sponsor cannot be verified and will not be counted.
5.3 Discord and Community Server
Entry may be made by reacting to or responding in a designated channel of the Sponsor's Discord server, or through a giveaway bot operated by the Sponsor. Joining the server is free.
Entry will never require a paid role, a Nitro subscription, a server boost, or any payment. Where a Giveaway is announced for holders of a particular role, that role must be obtainable free of charge, or the free mail-in entry in Section 4 applies with equal odds. Server members must be in good standing and not subject to an active timeout or ban to be eligible.
5.4 Email, Website Form, QR Code, and In-Person Events
Entry may be made by submitting the entry form by scanning a posted QR code and completing the form it opens, by completing a paper entry slip at a convention booth, activation, signing, or appearance, or by responding to an email newsletter as described in the Giveaway Details.
Newsletter signup may be offered as an entry method, but you may always enter without subscribing, and unsubscribing at any time will not affect an entry already submitted. Paper entry slips must be legible and complete; illegible or incomplete slips will be void. Entries submitted at an in-person event must be submitted during the event's stated entry window.
6. Entry Limits, Integrity, and Disqualification
Unless the Giveaway Details state otherwise, limit one (1) entry per person per Giveaway, regardless of how many accounts, addresses, or devices you control.
The following will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize: using multiple or duplicate accounts; using bots, macros, scripts, automated entry services, or any automated means to enter; using any third-party service that sells, farms, or generates entries; misrepresenting your identity, age, or residence; tampering with the entry process or the operation of a Giveaway; harassing, threatening, or abusing the Sponsor, moderators, other entrants, or anyone else; violating a Platform's terms of service or community guidelines; or violating the conduct standards of the Sponsor's community.
Bricks 'O' Brian is a family-friendly channel and community. Entrants whose public conduct, account, or entry content is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inconsistent with a family audience may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry it believes in good faith to be fraudulent, automated, duplicative, or otherwise in violation of these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the operation of a Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
Unless the Giveaway Details state otherwise, winners are selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entry window. Drawings may be conducted by the Sponsor manually, by a chat bot or giveaway tool, or by a random selection service. The Sponsor's selection is final.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All entry methods for a given Giveaway carry equal odds.
Where a Giveaway is announced as a skill-based contest rather than a random drawing, the Giveaway Details will state the judging criteria, and entries will be judged against those criteria by the Sponsor or judges the Sponsor designates. Judging decisions are final.
8. Winner Notification and Claiming a Prize
Winners will be notified using the contact method associated with their entry — a chat mention or whisper, a comment reply or direct message, a Discord direct message or ping, or an email — within a reasonable time after selection. Where a winner is announced live on stream, the Sponsor will also attempt to contact the winner directly.
You must respond and provide the information needed to fulfill your prize within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. That information will typically include your full name, shipping address, email address, and confirmation that you are 18 or older and a U.S. resident.
A prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, if: the winner does not respond within seven (7) days; the notification is undeliverable, blocked, or filtered; the winner is found to be ineligible; the winner declines the prize; the winner cannot or will not provide a valid U.S. shipping address; or the winner fails to comply with these Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that do not reach a winner because of privacy settings, message filtering, a closed or deleted account, or a full inbox. Check your message requests.
The Sponsor will never ask a winner for a payment, a gift card, a Social Security number for a prize under the reporting threshold in Section 9, banking information, or a cryptocurrency transfer in order to claim a prize. Any message asking for those things is a scam and is not from us. Impersonation accounts are a known problem; verify any winner notification against the Sponsor's official accounts before responding.
9. Prizes
Each Giveaway's prize, the number of prizes, and the approximate retail value ("ARV") will be stated in the Giveaway Details. Prizes are typically physical merchandise and building sets, copies of the Pro Gamer's Guide book series, signed items, and digital codes or gift cards.
Total ARV. The total ARV of all prizes in any single Giveaway will not exceed $5,000.
No substitution or transfer. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned, or assigned. No cash equivalent or substitution will be offered, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Shipping. Physical prizes ship to a valid street address in the fifty United States or the District of Columbia only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for physical prizes, we do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders. Allow four to eight weeks for delivery. The Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered in transit, or for a prize sent to an incorrect address supplied by the winner. A prize returned as undeliverable is forfeited, and the Sponsor has no obligation to reship it.
Digital codes and gift cards. Digital prizes are delivered electronically to the address or account the winner provides and are subject to the issuing platform's own terms, region restrictions, and expiration dates. Once a code has been sent, it will not be replaced if it is lost, deleted, expired, already redeemed, or unusable in the winner's region. Verify your region before claiming.
Third-party prizes. Some prizes are supplied by a brand partner or sponsor, who may fulfill the prize directly. Where that is the case, the Giveaway Details will identify the partner, the partner's own terms may apply to the prize, and the Sponsor is not responsible for the partner's fulfillment, product quality, warranty, or customer service. Any paid or gifted brand relationship behind a Giveaway will be disclosed in the announcement.
Unclaimed prizes. Prizes that go unclaimed after reasonable attempts to award them may be retained by the Sponsor, awarded in a future Giveaway, or donated, at the Sponsor's discretion. No more prizes will be awarded than are stated in the Giveaway Details.
Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The fair market value of a prize is taxable income to the winner, and the winner is responsible for reporting it and paying any tax due whether or not a tax form is issued. For prizes awarded on or after January 1, 2026, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC and require a completed Form W-9 only where the total value of prizes awarded to a winner in a calendar year reaches $2,000 or more, the current federal reporting threshold. Refusing to provide a completed W-9 where one is required will result in forfeiture. The Sponsor does not give tax advice; consult your own tax advisor.
10. Privacy and Your Information
Information you submit to enter is collected and used by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, fulfilling prizes, and meeting legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing email list based on a Giveaway entry unless you separately and affirmatively opt in, and you may unsubscribe at any time. We share entry information only with service providers who help us run a Giveaway or ship a prize, with a brand partner where that partner is fulfilling the prize, and where required by law.
Entry information is retained only as long as needed to administer the Giveaway and meet legal obligations, and paper entry slips collected at events are destroyed after the Giveaway concludes. You may request deletion of your entry information by writing to hello@bricksobrian.com; requesting deletion before a Giveaway concludes will withdraw your entry.
Information you submit through a Platform is also subject to that Platform's own privacy policy, over which the Sponsor has no control.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize you consent to the Sponsor's use of your first name, last initial, city and state, username or handle, and any statement you voluntarily provide about the prize, in connection with announcing winners and promoting Bricks 'O' Brian, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without further notice, compensation, review, or approval.
You will not be required to appear on camera, show your face, or use your real name publicly. Winners announced on stream or in a video will normally be identified by username only. If you would prefer not to be named at all, tell us when you claim your prize and we will honor that.
12. Entry Content and Your Rights
Where a Giveaway asks you to submit content — a photo of a build, a comment, a caption, a drawing, a video — you keep ownership of what you submit. We do not take ownership of your entry and we will not ask you to transfer it to us.
By submitting content, you grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and share that content in connection with announcing, administering, and promoting the Giveaway and the Bricks 'O' Brian channel, with attribution to your username where practical. You represent that the content is your own original work, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. If a minor appears in submitted content, the submitting adult confirms they are that minor's parent or legal guardian.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, each Platform, each prize supplier, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in any Giveaway, the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or any travel or activity related to a prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or undelivered entries or notifications; technical failures of any kind, including hardware, software, network, server, chat bot, overlay, or Platform failures; interrupted or unavailable network connections; errors in these Rules or in a Giveaway announcement; entries that are not received by the Sponsor for any reason; or any injury or damage to any person's computer, device, or account related to participating in a Giveaway.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel any Giveaway, or to amend these Rules, at any time and for any reason, including where fraud, technical failure, a Platform outage, a change in a Platform's policies, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of a Giveaway.
If a Giveaway is cancelled or ended early, the Sponsor may, in its discretion, award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action was taken. Amended Rules take effect when posted at [bricksobrian.com/terms-conditions] and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
15. Disputes and Governing Law
These Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to any Giveaway are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
You agree that any claim will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and that any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering, and never attorneys' fees or punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.

16. Winners List
For the name of the winner of any Giveaway concluded within the previous ninety (90) days, send a written request with the name of the Giveaway and a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor's address in Section 1, or email hello@bricksobrian.com.
