Complimentary Prize Entry TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ELIGIBILITY
This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, April 20th at 11:59 PM ET and ends on Wednesday, May 6th at 11:59 ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes:
A. Entry by Charitable Donation
By making a donation of $10.00 USD or more to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (the "Designated Charity"), you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Additional donations of $10.00 each will result in additional entries (e.g., a $30.00 donation = 3 entries). Donations are made directly to the Designated Charity and are non-refundable. Donations are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution to the extent of the fair market value of goods or services received. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of your donation.
B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) - Free Entry
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
To enter for free without making a donation, complete the online entry form at https://www.bricksobrian.com/terms-condtions during the Sweepstakes Period. You must provide your full name, valid email address, mailing address, and confirm you are 18 years or older. Each person may submit only one (1) free entry during the Sweepstakes Period. Additional free entries beyond the first will be disqualified.
Equal Treatment: All entries received through the free alternative entry method will be treated equally to entries received through charitable donations. Each entry, regardless of method, has an equal chance of winning.
Entry Limits: Limit one (1) free entry per person. Unlimited donation-based entries are permitted at $10.00 per entry. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of free entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will void all entries and may result in disqualification.
4. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a Peeps Prize Pack, Pro Gamer’s Guide Prize Pack, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Prize Pack (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize: $200 USD.
The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of Prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, and any other costs not specified herein.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about May 10th, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within approximately 30 business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 5 hours of notification attempt or the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or if the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may forfeit the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Designated Charity, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the Prize.
9. PUBLICITY RIGHTS
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, voice, and city/state/country of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or approval.
10. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy and will be used in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts..
